The moment I realised I'd achieved one of my goals... captured !!

I debuted at EVE, I debuted in London and against one of the best, inspirational women in the business (who was also on my list of wishes).

Even after the weekend there just aren't enough words, I'm so grateful and still cant believe it !

@everiotgrrrlsofwrestling thank you for giving me the opportunity

Osaka Aquarium- An astonishing layout and display of some huge tanks, although you do have to question the size of even these when you see how collosal the whale shark is.

Today we did the Samurai Experience, in which we also learnt about the tea ceremony, calligraphy, how to play the koto and Shamisen. Which was a lot of fun. Thanks to @fakekennyevil for finding it.

A HUGE thank you to my amazing team of litter pickers who helped out on the second day of the “Peak District litter pick weekender”, in aid of @trashfreetrails. This time we hit Luds Church 💚

Our group were able to fill an amazing twelve bin bags full of litter, including single use plastic (SUP!). Despite the success of the pick, it left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth:

Sad moment #1: finding a disposable barbecue and the plastic packaging for a selection of raw meat stashed away into the crevices of the rock.

Sad moment #2: a group of lads, I’d probably guess from the city, chucking their drinks cans on the floor not too far from where we were stood. Luckily, one of the group clocked our bin bags and ushered his friend to pick up his can. It was still pretty disheartening to see…

I know everyone reading this will be respectful of nature and follow the “Leave No Trace” ethos but it’s more important than ever to lead by example and even take other people’s litter home when possible: #leaveitbetterthanyoufoundit

Another big thank you to Staffordshire Moorlands Country Council for supplying the equipment and PPE, and to Damien and the wonderful team at Staffordshire Wildlife Trust @staffswt who, for a second day in a row, kindly disposed of our litter 💚
