PIFA 2026 | DAY 1 PREVIEW — PART 2 🌺📸

Because one preview definitely wasn’t enough. 😅

Here’s another batch of moments from Day 1 at PIFA 2026 while I continue making my way through the thousands of photos from the weekend.

So many great moments captured—and I’ve barely scratched the surface.

More coming soon. Stay tuned!

Saturday, day one of @pifasandiego 🤎 (Tag your dancers!)

My first time ever at PIFA, and I had the honor of experiencing it not only as an attendee, but as part of the media team.

Seeing our Pasifika people and cultures take the stage, one after another, truly left me in awe. There is something so powerful about seeing so many of our cultures represented, celebrated, and held in the same space.

Being able to do what I love, at any capacity, is such a blessing. Serving so many communities is something I’ll never take for granted. There is so much power in documenting our people, preserving these moments, and creating imagery that allows our cultures to be seen, celebrated, and shared with the world. It’s a huge part of what keeps me creating. 🤎

Thank you @pifasandiego for trusting me to help capture such a special weekend. And a huge thank you to the OG PIFA shooter—and someone who has spent years documenting so many of our Pasifika events—@brysonhk. Thank you for everything you do for our community, and for always being there when I’m struggling lol *with great power comes great responsibility!* 🫶🏽
