Fresh off the press! It’s been a journey, but we are almost to the finish line. The Falling Up: Reimagined vinyl should begin shipping out to all who pre-ordered in a couple of weeks.

Since things were delayed, we have had to fit shipping into our chaotic August schedule, but will begin shipping as soon as they hit our doorstep. By Mid-End August you should get a shipping confirmation.

Thanks to all that pre-ordered — you are the reason we can make these vinyl pressings happen, which means a lot to me! Look at how rad that looks!

Most calming supplements just sedate you. Tranquil Mind works differently.

L. plantarum LP815® is a clinically studied psychobiotic — a living organism that produces GABA directly in your gut, then signals up the vagus nerve to your brain.🧠
The data backs it up. In a 6-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of 139 adults with insomnia, LP815 users saw real, measurable results:
Insomnia scores dropped significantly — 77% of users improved by 4+ points vs. 58% on placebo. Anxiety scores fell too, with an even stronger effect in women. And this wasn't just self-reported — sleep tracker data confirmed longer actual sleep duration in the LP815 group.

The mechanism check is what makes this compelling: urinary GABA rose within the first week of taking it, and higher GABA levels tracked directly with lower insomnia and anxiety scores. That's the gut-brain axis working in real time, not just marketing language.
I've been taking Tranquil Mind for 8 weeks now, and the gut-brain piece is the one most people sleep on (pun intended). Your microbiome isn't separate from your mood — it's talking to your brain constantly.
