This campaign is about tapping back into that version of you who didn’t overthink—who just went for it. The kid who didn’t wait for permission, didn’t fear judgment, didn’t play it safe.

She’s a boss in remote sales, moving with intention, owning her space—and when someone said, “can we wrap you in caution tape?” she didn’t hesitate. She leaned in. Because fearless isn’t loud, it’s certain. 🚧🔥

Bleed Spark is about breaking out of the lines, turning limits into statements, and remembering that the boldest thing you can do… is go back to who you were before the world told you to be careful.

I was unsure - and had no idea. ⬇️

From 16 to 23 years old, I worked odd end jobs.

Delivering pizzas. Setting up inflatable bouncy houses. Landscaping.
Whatever to “make a buck” as my papa would say.

I wasn’t the greatest in school.
I didn’t have anything figured out other than sports.
I wasn’t sure where I was headed or even going.
I didn’t know what the future held.

I’d come home exhausted.
Some nights I came home and felt numb.
Some nights I barely had the energy to talk.

I told myself,
“This is what a man does. Sucks it up and does what he has to do.”
And I did.

But I was surviving... not living.

$250-$400 a week.
Paycheck to paycheck.
Always calculating bills in my head.

That was hard.

Now let me be clear -

Virtual sales is hard too.

There are long days.
There’s rejection.
There’s pressure.
There are moments you question yourself.

But here’s what changed.

I work from home.
I’m present.
Bills are paid.
I make my own schedule.
I don’t need permission to take a day off.
I don’t need permission to take a vacation somewhere.

And yes... I’ve had months where I’ve made over $35,000 from my home office.

But the money isn’t the biggest blessing.

It’s the peace.
The control.
The confidence.
The faith.

Both paths are hard.

One drained me.

One builds me.

You don’t get to avoid hard in this life.

You just get to choose which hard gives your life meaning.

There was a time I was broke.
But my character was never broke.

That’s the difference.

This weekend wasn’t about trophies, titles, or photos - it was about proof.
Proof that when you stay disciplined in the darkest moments and hardest trials of your life, the light eventually finds you.
Proof that integrity compounds faster than money.
Proof that building people will always outpace building ego.

Zillions Club didn’t happen overnight.
It happened through uncomfortable decisions, lonely seasons, missed sleep, relentless belief, and choosing the long game when shortcuts were everywhere.

The award ceremony was a moment to pause, not to celebrate success, but to honor consistency.
To recognize those who understood this was never just a job, it was a mission.

And then we stepped outside and successfully accomplished the mission.
Santa’s giveaway.
Cleveland kids.
Coats. Toys. Smiles.
Because success without service is empty, and wealth without impact is flat.

I’ve been broke in my bank account before
But I was never broke in my values.
Never broke in my vision.
Never broke in how I treated people.

That’s why this means something.
That’s why this is just the beginning.
