Forever begins here 💍✨
At the historic Bethanie Chapel, love and blessings filled the air as vows were exchanged beneath the timeless stained glass and elegant altar. A sacred space, a romantic promise, and a memory to last a lifetime.

Fuelled by flavour at Miss International Hong Kong 2025 Audition! 🌟 Thanks to FOOD FOUNDRY, our day was filled with Blueberry Muffins, French Butter Croissants, Smoked Salmon Croissants, Avocado & Egg Croissants, Fresh Fruit Cups, and Fermented Strawberry Granola Greek Yogurt to start. Lunch featured Roasted Beef Tenderloin Donburi, Baked Barley Miso Chicken with Mashed Potatoes, and Artichoke & Sundry Tomato Farfalle Salad.

🍡🍐 The highlight of the afternoon was the exquisite **Pomelo Scallop Tart**—a signature special menu item crafted exclusively for this event, perfectly balancing fresh seafood and zesty pomelo in every bite. Alongside this, guests enjoyed Thai Chili King Prawn Skewers, Wagyu Beef Tartine, Kombu Tomato Skewers, 70% Chocolate Ganache Tart, and Strawberry Basil Cream Tart. Every bite, a celebration! 🥐🍱🍫
