Slowing down to go fast.

This morning wasn’t about checking boxes—it was about creating space.
Meditation music, foam rolling, petting my dog… just being.
Not every morning looks like this, but I’ve built this into my lifestyle for nearly 30 years. And today, my body reminded me why—those tight thighs don’t lie!

Movement doesn’t always mean a workout.
Sometimes, it’s the stillness, the intention, the pause.

This is where mindset shifts begin.
Not in a rush. Not in the chaos.
But in the quiet moments we choose to create.

What would your morning feel like if you slowed down to go fast?

November visits with my friends included Bear. Took him to the art festival where he truly believed he was on parade for everyone to pet! 😂 Walks with Cookie she’s growing up fast. Hunter my OG old man dog that still loves to walk 2 miles a day. Finn, Josie and baby Louie really good cuddle buddies. V, Gypsy, Jade and Finn have changed how I feel about Pitt Bulls. 🥰 Moose has started training to walk on a leash better, he’s like a completely different dog now. But he still loves to play and celebrated his first birthday! Dexter and I had a little rough start. He didn’t like the way I folded my clothes or packed my bags so he folded them his own way, but after a few walks and some positive attention I’m sure we are besties now. #moosethemix #dogwalker #dogwhisperer #dogtoyseverywhere #gofetch #puppiesofinstagram #dogsofinstagram #pittbulllovers #dogsitter #aussieshepherd #chiweeniesofinstagram #blacklabsofinstagram #labradoodlesofinstagram #australianshepherdsofinstagram #sharpugsofinstagram #mustlovedogs

As the seasons change, all motorists are encouraged to stay alert to changing road conditions and hazards. Whether it’s rainy days, more pedestrians, or higher traffic around the holidays, practice safe driving techniques this fall. #injuryattorneys #staysafe #happyfall #autocrashattorneys #safetyfirst #driversafety

They say your vibe attracts your tribe. I just want to give a shout out to the friends and family who are always checking up on me and making sure I’m ok. Even if I’m not okay they give a listening ear followed by a hug and or an outpour of positive thoughts and encouragement. I’ve learned so much about myself and my own brain function in the past 6 months. It has been an eye opening experience as well as a frustrating one. Just when I think I’m better, I get a set back. I’ve come to accept that life is just sometimes messy and it definitely doesn’t always make sense. Every day I’m getting stronger than I was the day before. Focusing on the accomplishments that happen one day at a time! Extremely grateful and thankful for those that help in their own way to help me heal from the inside out. You are my people, you are my tribe. A couple of people missing from this reel as I couldn’t find pics of us together but knowing you reach out to catch up is really all I need. @her.salty.soul @walkingjeansart @sean.baum @hillary.griffin.79 @tuxchunk #friendship #family #positivity #yourvibeattractsyourtribe #mentalhealthmatters #concussionrecovery #dontstopbelieving #flightattendantlife #encouragement #motivate #support #healingenergy

My Birthday weekend started off with seeing my beautiful stepdaughter Taylor. I had not seen her since February 2020. 🥹😭 Yeah I was definitely teary eyed when I hugged both her and her momma❤️‍🩹 Since april I’ve been dealing with some stuff that has kept me from being my usual social butterfly self. My doctors suggested I get out of the house and hang out with some friends and family. This is me following doctor’s orders. 😁 no matter the distance in miles apart or time in between visits there’s so much healing power in the relationship you have with your friends and family. Thankful for mine❤️‍🩹 #bethiepalooza2023 #goodvibesonly #friendsandfamily #healingfromwithin #womensupportingwomen #positivethinking #proudstepmom #familytime #happybirthday #newsmyrnabeach #loveyourself #brave #dontstopbelieving #bethechangeyouwanttosee @____taydollasign @meg.nichole @stephhagstrom @lgroff77 @missashelizabeth @fancy954 @kaylaallicino @grace.allicino @walkingjeansart
