Here we go 2016…….. 🥹What a wild ride with my best friend @piersbaron ✨I was still on a HAIR GROWTH journey from having telogen effluvium in 2015. I was so embarrassed as a thriving hairstylist, I used extensions to cover up my hair loss, even though I was now on hair growth journey. 🛌💭I had a dream about my logo and put that together myself for @huihuiessentials I had been making Scalp Rescue for a year and I called it “Scalp Oil Night” it was helping me, this is what 🧨ignited my passion to help others. ✨So many soundbaths and reiki sessions with the one and only @brookalbrigo on my emotional journey after loosing my best friend. Missing Tulum before all the seaweed, England trips, wild bachelorettes, and more animals, Luna, my last pic is still with us and 20 years old now✨✨✨yes 20 years old!!

LA IS COMMUNITY!! What a beautiful day having everyone come together and seeing how many people are out donating and doing their part. We have so far to go but we ain’t stopping! While today was great, it’s the coming weeks, months, years? that we need to keep checking in on friends and family. So many people to thank for today. Everyone that donated to us near and far, your love is incredible and we will continue to spread it to people in need and the firefighters doing their damn best. @wallflourpizza for letting us invade your kitchen while you’re literally in the middle of construction. @herehere.pizza for getting my ass in gear today. All the homies that showed up to help. All the messages. All the love. I could go on and on. We love LA and we will get through this. God bless everyone. 🙏🏼🖤

MUSTARD UPDATE💛💛💛 (swipe for pics) It’s been nearly 6 months since Mustard was diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Failure. We were given information from our vet that it could be 2 weeks to 2 months for her to live based on where her kidney and urine levels were at. We were blindsided and my heart broke in to a million pieces. Lo and behold, in true Mustard fashion, she has persevered and is maintaining her levels and her weight and is comfortable and as healthy as possible. Her response to her medications and subcutaneous fluids has been all that we could hope for! @colewilson___ is an amazing dog dad and has given her her fluids under her skin every single time (starting daily and now biweekly) since I can’t handle the needle portion of it all. Within these past 6 months Mustard has continued to teach me so much. She is such a cute and silly senior with spunk and sass, new behaviors and a whole lot less fucks given than her typical people pleaser self (go mustard!). I had to dig so deep for the resilience I knew I had deep down to continue to show up for her, myself and the rest of my pack and loved ones. As long as she is by my side, the grieving can wait-I’ll have the rest of my life for that but she doesn’t deserve the spiral I was going down and for that alone (as well as all the other years of her friendship and love) she saved me all while I am trying to save her. She’s been coast to coast this summer seeing friends and family, chasing pigeons on the beach, checking out new states, snuggling with Walter 🥹, giving lots of kisses and most of all being our best friend and continuing to help me heal as I grow my depth of understanding life and the life cycle. She teaches me so much… Thank you to everyone who checks in, those who have gone out of their way to see her and give her some love, those who have held her in their hearts from afar and especially all of you who got sticker packs to help support her and bridge the gap for us. I am beyond grateful for you all!! As for now, keep her in your thoughts if you can, I know she feels it🤍🕊️✨ #mustardthedog
