Summers coming and so are the muddies. My mate Johnny mudcrab @coast_creeks_and_cooks gave me this because I had no time to put the boat in myself. And chilli mudcrab was on the menu. Smoked of course 😂 in the @weberbbqausnz kettle. @fancyhanks sauce, it’s epic flavour, squirt of bbq in there too. And some @burleighbrewing big head as stock. Deadset this was delicious. @heatwavevisualau keeping the glare out and @outbackcobber work shirts. Going to do a heap more crab and seafood cooks soon. And a camp series too, so keep an eye out. #foryou #instafood #summer #seafood #beach

@thelittlefood_market @sydney 200+ shops !! tried approximately 746 things, loved approximately 700… and somehow convinced myself I showed restraint 🤡🛍️. I already knew if I went home without these, I’d be lying in bed thinking, “Why didn’t I just buy it?” 😭 So yes, I bought them. Because apparently “I’ll regret not buying it” is a perfectly valid financial decision🤡✨ A little series of the things I tried, loved, and absolutely could NOT leave behind 🙃 . . . #foodmarket #sydneyfood #sydneyeats #bengali #sydneysider

✨ What’s happening in Jordy’s Kitchen tonight? Every Monday = we have Chicken Wraps! 🌯 One less decision to make, no one asking “What’s for dinner?”, and honestly… it’s been one of the best little changes we’ve made. - Ready in 15 minutes - Healthy, filling & delicious - Kids build their own wraps (which means they actually eat (most) of them ) - Minimal dishes - Leftovers for lunch the next day Say less. 👏 We buy pre packed fresh chicken breast tenders from Aldi. Buffalo style for us and plain for the girls. Pre packed/crumbed isn’t ideal, but for a busy Monday I’m happy to take the convenience over perfect! They cook in just 15 minutes in the air fryer and are great on the BBQ too. Lucie has sport on Mondays, so we eat around 4pm before we go, shocking I know 🤣 but it works for us! Eating dinner early has honestly been a game changer with kids/school. (Normally we eat at 5-5.30). ✨ Less asking for snacks. ✨ The girls eat more of their dinner. ✨ If they’re hungry before bed, they have a piece of fruit. It also makes our bath, book and bed routine feel so much calmer. By the time the girls are asleep, the kitchen is clean, lunches are prepped, and we actually get a little time to ourselves before bed. I’m all about convenience and connection over perfection & there is no need to reinvent the wheel when it comes to meals - keep it simple friends 💛 #jordyskitchen #chickenwraps #lessmentalload #simplefamilymeals #earlydinners

Let’s make my quick and easy Air Fryer Cauliflower! Air Fryer Cauliflower Ingredients 1 whole cauliflower, cut into small florets 1 egg 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika Salt and pepper 2 tbs plain flour 2 tbs Fancy Hanks Chilli Mayo Method Place the cauliflower into a bowl, set aside In a small bowl combine the egg, onion & garlic powders, paprika and salt and pepper, mix until combined, pour this mixture over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated Add the flour to the cauliflower and toss until the flour is lightly coating all the cauliflower Heat your air fryer to 180-200 degrees, and place the cauliflower into the fryer basket evenly, coat with a spritz of olive oil spray and fry in the air fryer for 15 minutes until golden brown, regularly rotating so they don’t burn, repeat until all the cauliflower is cooked Once the cauliflower is cooked, place the mayo onto the base of a plate and top with cauliflower, enjoy!
