Everybody loves the results.

Very few people love the process.

The early mornings.
The workouts when you're tired.
The days when motivation is nowhere to be found.

That's where growth happens.

Learn to embrace the suck.

Every make and every miss is giving you feedback.

Don't just watch the ball.

Watch your body.

The shot will usually tell you exactly what needs to change.

Huge thank you to Thomas Reed III for having the Mile High Blaze out at camp! We had an amazing time giving back, meeting young athletes, and sharing our passion for the game.

@mila.roze asked me what I wanted most for my son as he leaves for college.

My answer wasn't about points, scholarships, or playing time.

I just want him to become a good man.

If that happens, I'll consider myself a successful father.

Thanks again @fandaynation for having us in the studio.

Junior college isn't a backup plan.

For the right player, it can be one of the best paths to reaching the next level.

I enjoyed sitting down with @fandaynation to talk about JUCO basketball, today's recruiting landscape, and why more players should understand the opportunities junior college provides.

One of the biggest advantages? JUCO coaches don't just recruit you—they're invested in helping you get recruited again.

Thanks to @fandaynation for giving these conversations a platform. I hope it helps a few players and families make more informed decisions.

Thank you @fandaynation for having us in the studio today, and for giving these guys the opportunity to tell their story. I also gave some of my thoughts on JUCO basketball and these young men.

@thetoolshed_dnvr is more than a place to train. We align ourselves with like-minded people like Fan Day Nation, who want our players to reach their full potential and get the opportunities that they deserve.

Get better. Get seen. Get recruited.
