2020 has come to an end and ⠀
It has taught us so many things. ⠀⠀
Personally I’ve gone through many feelings. ⠀
I felt worried, hopeless, sad & anxious. Then I had clarity of thought, I felt focused, had hope and felt active again. ⠀⠀
This year has shown us what our real priorities are and it has also taught us to TRUST, trust that we will be ok and that good things will come.⠀⠀
It has taught us to be kind, to be patient and has awaken our sense of community. ⠀⠀
But for me the most important lesson was being reminded to always be GRATEFUL. ⠀⠀
Grateful for my health, for my body, for being able to go after my dreams and desires, grateful for finding the BALANCE between my body, mind and soul.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
I wish you a wonderful 2021, I wish that we can all stay focused on the important things, I wish you work towards finding the balance between your daily routine and your wellbeing.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
THANKS for all the love and support throughout this year and see you in 2021.⠀⠀
