This is Yin Yoga, off the mat ✨ Get cozy. Put your feet up on the wall. Slow down. Let go of that guilt and just rest.

When our pup @fantom_gsd is at home, he shifts between the roles of pet and protector. But when he’s at @sitandstayph, he reverts to being a show dog 😂🐕🦴🐾

Solon Perfecto Ceramics & Culture is open to visitors! But don’t forget to set an appointment and make a reservation for studio visits and demo sit-ins with me, or for yoga classes and tarot consultations with my wife, Aussy. Our property’s retired security K9, Fantom, has been on perimeter patrol lately (enjoying the leaves and muddy paths 😂), and is happiest when on active duty. 🦮🐕‍🦺 You can check him out at @fantom_gsd to see photos of him as a puppy 🥹
