A decade of ELFIT.. hard to believe i’ve been part of this for 10 whole years!!!!

Absolutely one of the toughest weekends every year but we thrive in chaos and i would do it allover again every single time.. It’s a love thing ALL THE WAY💛

It’s def not for everyone.. surviving on 2-3hrs of sleep, endless supply of snacks/matcha thanks to @mernaelsabban and 3am runs is how this works!😁

FOREVER grateful for the people who have my back no matter what and the media team keeping up with me and my demands/attitude(i mean.. everyone knows if you survive me at ELFIT we already have a special bond)

I’ve grown so much through this event because of @adam_elzoghby being a mentor/friend as always specially when i’m not the easiest to deal with..iykyk!
@ziad_abdelfatah a superstar xceeding expectations, jumping all in last min turning the vision into reality and NEVER complaining!!
@mariam_elbadry keeping me sane and being there for my 3am runs.. wouldn’t have done it without you🫶
@sallyemamlive being an absolute sunshine as always 💕

This is missing many many people.. you know yourselves and how much i love you!
