Recovery has been a focus for me which is why I’m so thankful for @essmtherapy
•
My mobility sessions have made a huge difference in my hip flexion and reduced my knee pain, significantly! As you can see. I have a long way to go but I’m getting better every day and that’s what I’m here for! 💪🏾 the things we do to recover outside of the gym are just as important as going hard inside the gym! Our movements truly give us life!
•
Make sure you book @essmtherapy he’s a magician with the manual therapy and mobility!

Had a great conversation with @dr.candaceelaine yesterday evening about fear and discipline.
•
Fear is natural and sometimes we need it to keep us safe. We hinder ourselves when we mistake safety for comfort.
•
Move and allow fear to get out the way! We got work to do, sis! 💪🏾
