This post is as much about our wedding as it is about wellness.

The reality is, I got into strength training because I didn’t want chubby arms in my wedding pictures. I hired a personal trainer who kicked my ass and transformed my body in less than a year (shoutout @diogocarmello ).

I never expected I’d actually fall in love with nutrition and exercise in the process, to the point of pursuing a nutrition certification. Some nutrition advice is so misleading that I felt like I needed to learn it for myself. I learned the value of coaching, and with that, I decided to “coach” people as well by writing about nutrition and exercise on my Substack (link in bio).

Happy anniversary to my husband, my best friend, and the person I get to do life with. 🤍
I don’t think I’ll ever be able to put into words how grateful I am for you. You love me through every version of myself, always show up for our family, and somehow manage to make me feel safe, loved, and supported through it all.
Watching you become a dad to Juliette has made me love you in a whole new way. Seeing the way you love her, take care of her, and show up as her dad is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed. She is so lucky to have you, and so am I.
