Meet @farouqs he’s an awesome, inspiring and funny as hell 78 year old, but acts like he’s still in his 20’s 😂. . He came to me just over 2 months ago with back issues, weakness in his legs and poor mobility. After many sessions of just moving properly with a plastic pole & mobility sessions, incorporating bands and the TRX he has finally built up the strength, coordination and confidence to start Deadlifting with the shrug bar. . He is a pleasure to work with and there’s never a dull moment, with stories and innuendos of ours being passed back & forth. . Remember your never to old to start or even stop training, you just have to train smart. . #know_your_worth #menshealth #hybridhumanperformance #40_fit_strong #kuwaiticoach #fitfam #nevertoold #strongman #kuwaitcity
