At the 2026 NYC @wornandwound Windup Watch Fair, I was excited to meet with several brands and see a few of their new releases! First from @varioeveryday I met Ivan. I was able to see the NY Empire Chrono limited edition, the futurist, and the dual time reversible. Elegant watches at affordable prices! Second from @farrandswit I met Adam. Between the new Cotton Candy and the Green mixtape and the Bubblegum Solars, the designs Adam makes bring that good feeling to your wrist! If you love retro vibes, then this is the brand for you! Third, I had a chance to stop by @xericwatches and talk with Mitch. He is the designer of all fantastic unique looking watches that tell time in very different ways. I the new regular automatic, the new Volta, and the timeline regrade Fourth, I got to see my good friend Marc from @longislandwatch and the crew. Keeping true to affordability and top quality build, LIW punch way above their price range. I had the chance to see the sold out Islander Tortuga, the NY exclusive Astoria tank, the new Jefferson color ways for divers! Fifth, I was able to meet Chris from @diatomwatches watches. Can you believe the dials on these watches? Fun fact the watch components are made from materials launched into space! Sixth, I had a chance to meet Roshan from Solar Time Co, the umbrella company for brands such as @spinnakerwatches, Avi 8, etc. I saw the Ghost Fleuss and new gioche dial Bradners! Such a great variety! So My pickups for this fair were the @farrandswit Cotton Candy Mixtape, the @islanderwatch Bayport Red Maroon, and of course the @brewwatches Chrono Taxi! 🚖#microbrandwatches #nycwindup2026 #watchenthusiat

I got to meet Adam from Farr + Swit at the Toronto Timepiece Show and check out everything from Seaplane automatics and Wayfinder divers to colourful Vice chronographs. But as much as I love analog watches, I’ve always had a soft spot for digital. The cassette-inspired Mixtape immediately caught my attention, especially the Atomic Purple version. I planned to return for it after exploring the show, but when I came back the next day, it was already sold out. Lesson learned. The retro gaming-inspired Gamer 8 Bit was another fun one. Which Farr + Swit would you choose? #FarrAndSwit #MicrobrandWatches #DigitalWatches #WatchFam #WatchCollector
