Intimate parties > any other parties

A look back at another sold out August day/night party! A good build up through the day with some house, through to the techno sounds which carried us through till the early hours! 🌞🌚

We want to thank everyone who joined us, it was a belter! And of course all of the dj’s who made it happen!

We’re currently in the middle of planning our next big party. So stay tuned and we’ll see you sooner than you think 😉x

Last night was something special. ❤️

Firstly, a MASSIVE thank you to every single one of you who made the journey. With the chaos on the main train line causing major disruption yesterday, we genuinely didn’t know what to expect. The fact that so many of you still made it out, from all corners of the valleys, meant the absolute world to us. If anything, it just made you all dance that little bit harder!

To sell out on the door because of your recommendations to friends and word of mouth is something we’ll never take for granted. Thank you for believing in what we’re building and spreading the love.

To everyone who walked through those doors, stopped for a chat with our unhinged team, shared kind words and gave us amazing feedback, thank you. Those conversations mean more than you know.

A huge thank you to every DJ who played. Despite travel issues affecting so many of you, every single one showed up, supported one another from the first set until the last, and absolutely blew the roof off. The energy and talent on display were unreal.

Big love to both sound crews for making everything run so smoothly. Between the 3 of us at Unhinged it was a tough rig and de-rig, and we honestly couldn’t have pulled it off without you. We appreciate everything you do behind the scenes.

And finally, the biggest thank you to Kimat and Codi, the owners of Bar 105. Your generosity never goes unnoticed. Thank you for continually trusting us with your venue and giving us a place to call home. Our community absolutely loves your hospitality, and so do we. And a special thank you for the homemade samosas and onion bhajis... they went down an absolute treat! ❤️

We’re still taking it all in. Nights like these remind us why we do this.

Until the next one... 🖤

Pushing 300+ people through the doors of Cardiff’s biggest club, hosting my own event which I created in the notes of my phone 3 years ago in my bedroom, without a headliner, in a club I’ve held a residency in for a few years now.

One of the most surreal, full circle nights of my life.

I’ve been doing this for quite some time now, it’s very rare that I’m left speechless, but this was utterly special man.

Heads down, hands up from start to finish, with a serious lack of phones, poetry.
Place was an absolute trampoline park all night.

Don’t think I’ll ever get over this one, so proud, and so overwhelmed. Can’t see this one sinking in for a while. 🤣

This is exactly why I started Haile’s House, to give local talent a platform, without headliners overshadowing a lineup built from top to bottom of people who absolutely love what they do.

Did I think it would reach this level? Absolutely not, but I can assure you we are far from done.

Topping this one will be incredibly tough, honestly? No idea, but we have done it before, and im certain it will be done again.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to every single person on the dancefloor, every dj, and everyone over at @districtcardiff for helping build by far what is my proudest milestone yet, no better feeling than everyone saying they had a top class night.

The next one is already in the works.

See you all soon,

Ieuan.

📵A couple of moments caught from our Bar 105 event on Friday 📵

Everything about this event was perfect! The music, the dj’s, the people, the setting!

All you want from an intimate rave… just us and the music… oh and a massive sound (@biblicalsounds)

Should we have another one? 😏

But for now, our next headline show in @districtcardiff with Mutual Rhytms head honcho SHDW goes on sale at 10am tomorrow. There is still time to enter the competition for 4x guest list!

𝐇𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐄’𝐒 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄: 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐓 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 - 𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐔𝐏 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐓𝐒:

Buzzing to reveal the full lineup for the return of Haile’s House at District Basement.

Stacked from top to bottom.

12 DJs, all excelling local talent in the most intimate of venues, heads down hands up all night long.

We have some new comers, and some veterans of the game which have released on labels such as Dungeon Meat, CUE Music, SLABS, Rarebit Records and many more.

Tickets are on sale now.

I have kept ticket prices as low as I possibly can, the aim of creating a night that everyone can remember without breaking the bank is something I’ve always strived for, and will continue to do so.

Ticket link can be found in my bio, across my stories via the link, and through searching Haile’s House on Skiddle.

Would just like to thank each DJ for their eagerness & and willingness to play this night. Blessed to have been able to collate a lineup in which varies through many styles and sounds. Highest of energy from start to finish.

Would also like to thank everyone for their upmost support and response to the event announcement last week. It’s unbelievable seeing so many people as excited as they are for the return.

Early bird tickets on sale now, get involved now prices are the lowest.

Thank you, thank you, thank you again and again.

See you on April 11th.

All the love always,

Ieuan.
