Nobody ever got her name right. Nobody ever truly saw her. And nobody ever saw it coming. On prom night, everything changes. See whose name they’ll be screaming then…and maybe even you… Bay Street Players’ production of Carrie: The Musical runs October 30th-November 15th! Carrie White is a teenage outcast who longs to fit in. At school, she’s bullied by the popular crowd, and virtually invisible to everyone else. At home, she’s dominated by her loving but cruelly controlling mother. What none of them know is that Carrie’s just discovered she’s got a special power, and if pushed too far, she’s not afraid to use it. Set in the small New England town of Chamberlain, Maine, Carrie: The Musical features a book by Lawrence D. Cohen (screenwriter of the classic film), music by Academy Award winner Michael Gore (Fame, Terms of Endearment), and lyrics by Academy Award winner Dean Pitchford (Fame, Footloose). CARRIE THE MUSICAL is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals. www.concordtheatricals.com 📸: Mike Kitaif Get your tickets on our website: eustisstatetheatre.org Call our box office at: 352.357.7777 Or get your tickets at the link in our bio. #carrie50thanniversary #eustisstatetheatre #baystreetplayers #stephenking

Come see me as April in Company at City Repertory Theatre from Sept. 18th-Oct. 4th! It’s so fun being back at CRT! This is such a fun role to play. April is sweet, earnest, and a bit ditsy. I love getting to play silly roles like this. See you there! Photo Credit: @fastcleancode

ALL SHAKEN 🎸✨ Every story has a final act. The music gets louder. The stakes get higher. The lights seem brighter The audience cheers harder And somehow, in the middle of all the chaos… This town found above all else, love and music can light the way ✨ From mistaken identities and forbidden love to jukeboxes, wedding bells, rock ‘n’ roll, and one VERY shook-up little town—All Shook Up gave us a whole lot to laugh about, sing about, and somehow fall in love with. And Sylvia? Even a stubborn old bar owner can find love in a quaint town shook up like this 💍✨ From “Heartbreak Hotel” to the final bow, getting to bring Sylvia to life has truly been an honor. As a Transmasc, taking on Sylvia was a unique opportunity to explore a character through a new lense. I’m incredibly proud of what I brought to her, and what she brought out in me. And those high notes? Oh, I ate that. 😭 Sylvia was loud, loving, stubborn, hilarious, protective, and just a little bit messy. Sounds like someone I know 🫣 (me asf) But the real finale wasn’t just the story we told onstage. It was the people standing beside me. The castmates who became friends. The core memories backstage The moments that happened between scenes. The laughs nobody in the audience ever heard. The nerves before the curtain. The silence after the final note. And that feeling when you look around during the bows and realize— We really did that. ✨ Nearly eight years away from the stage, and somehow I found my way home. I came to test the waters and ended up coming back to myself. And maybe that’s the real thing that got All Shook Up. So here’s to the music. To the memories. To the madness. To the people who shook up my world right alongside me. The curtain may have closed, but this is only the beginning of what’s to come. 🎭✨ ACT II — THE FINAL BOW ✨ All Shook Up 📍 Daytona Playhouse 🎭 Sylvia 📸 Mike Kitaf

ALL SHOOK UP! 🎸✨ Somewhere in a quaint little town back in 1955, where the people never jived, and the mayor was allergic to good vibes. A Rock N’ Roll Rebel, a Roustabout guy steps foot in this town to just fix his bike, he brought the music, he brought the vibes, and all the sensuality and acceptance the town seem to deny. This Rovin Roustabout left this little town with music, laughter and a lot more love than when he came. Inspired by the music of Elvis Presley, All Shook Up is a jukebox musical about love, rebellion, identity, and what happens when a little rock ‘n’ roll shakes up a town that’s gotten way too comfortable. (Think footloose 😉) And somewhere in the middle of all that chaos, you’ll find Sylvia. 💜 The no-nonsense owner of ✨Sylvia’s Honky-Tonk Cafe✨ Mother to Lorraine, and one of the people trying to keep this little town, and everybody in it, from falling apart, one drink at a time after all “They’re not drunks. They’re alcohol enthusiasts.” 😭 No but genuinely this show has brought me so much joy, laughter and love and SO many talented people I will never forget. From the opening note to the final bow this show has changed me in more ways than one and will forever er hold a special place in my heart ✨ My first musical back on stage in nearly 8 years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome back to the stage! Thank you to Daytona Playhouse and everyone involved for this opportunity to be back on stage after my hiatus. First show of many to come! So, c’mon everybody… let’s get this thing started. 🎸 ACT I — Sylvia’s Honky-Tonk Cafe ✨ All Shook Up 🎭 Sylvia 📸 Mike Kitaf 📍 Daytona Playhouse

Rent opens in two weeks on September 11th! Celebrate 30 years of this beloved musical with us❤️. Set in the East Village of New York City, Rent is about falling in love, finding your voice and living for today. Winner of the Tony Award for Best Musical and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Rent has become a pop cultural phenomenon. with songs that rock and a story that resonates with audiences of all ages. Based loosely on Puccini’s La Boheme, Jonathan Larson’s Rent follows a year in the life of a group of impoverished young artists and musicians struggling to survive and create in New York’s Lower East Side, under the shadow of HIV/AIDS. The physical and emotional complications of the disease pervade the lives of Roger, Mimi, Tom and Angel. Maureen deals with her chronic infidelity through performance art; her partner, Joanne, wonders if their relationship is worth the trouble. Benny has sold out his Bohemian ideals in exchange for a hefty income and is on the outs with his former friends. Mark, an aspiring filmmaker, feels like an outsider to life in general. How these young bohemians negotiate their dreams, loves and conflicts provides the narrative thread to this groundbreaking musical. This is theatre at its best – exuberant, passionate and joyous.
