Was kostet Deutschland mehr: Asylberatung oder Fehlentscheidungen? @lgbt_life_europe

CEO The LGBT life @fatalflash reagiert.

• The LGBT life e.V.

🚨 Allgemeine Informationen – keine individuelle Rechtsberatung.

Ein Verbrechen hat Verantwortliche. Hass darf keine neuen Opfer schaffen.

Pride is about freedom.

And part of freedom is knowing your rights, looking after one another, and knowing where to turn if something goes wrong.

Whether you’re attending your first CSD or your tenth, remember:

🏳️‍🌈 Stay with people you trust.
📱 Keep your phone charged.
📍 Agree on a meeting point.
🤝 Respect boundaries.
🚨 In an emergency, contact the police or emergency services.
💙 If you experience discrimination or a hate incident, seek support. You don’t have to deal with it alone.

Let’s make this Pride safe, respectful, and unforgettable—for all the right reasons.

Happy Pride! 🏳️‍🌈

What Should a Modern Lawyer Be Like?

A modern lawyer is no longer simply someone who knows the provisions of the law.

You can find the law in a matter of seconds. Artificial intelligence can analyze case law faster than a human. Today, virtually any algorithm can draft a contract template.

But there is something that technology cannot yet replace.

A modern lawyer knows how to see the person behind the documents.

They understand that behind every case lies someone’s life, fears, business, family, or future.

They not only know the law but are also able to think critically, analyze evidence, explain complex matters in simple terms, and make decisions based not only on the letter of the law but also on the principles of justice, human rights, and professional ethics.

Today, a good lawyer must be well-versed in digital technologies, artificial intelligence, data protection, and international law—and must never stop learning. Because the law is changing faster than ever before.

But perhaps the most important quality of a modern lawyer is responsibility.

Responsibility for every word.

For every piece of advice.

For every decision.

Because sometimes a single legal decision can change a person’s entire life.

That is precisely why I am convinced:

The future of the legal profession does not belong to those who know more laws.

It belongs to those who are able to combine law, technology, and humanity.

It is precisely these lawyers who will change the world.
