Some transformations mean a little more to you. ❤️

Because this wasn’t months of work. This was YEARS in the making.

Fats isn’t just my client, she’s also one of my closest friends, and I’ve had the privilege of watching this journey unfold firsthand.

We started working together years ago, and for a long time, it was on and off. Periods of consistency, progress, setbacks and starting again.

It took a couple of years for something to really click. Fitness isn’t a short-term fix. It’s a lifelong commitment to yourself.

But one thing I’ve always admired about Fats is that no matter how far she felt she’d fallen off, she was always willing to get back up and try again.

And I don’t think we give people enough credit for that.

Over the last year, something has genuinely changed. She’s fallen in love with training and developed a completely different understanding of nutrition.

And I want to be honest about something.

Fats has a much tighter calorie and macro allowance than many people. She doesn’t have the same room for flexibility as someone with significantly higher energy requirements.

She said to me recently, “Reets, I could order one milkshake and that’s my macros out of the window.”

And she’s right.

I could tell you she can eat whatever she wants and make it fit, but that wouldn’t be an honest reflection of her reality.

For her, food choices have to be more considered. Not every choice needs to be perfect, but every choice needs to make sense for her goals.

She’s learned that the decisions you make consistently are what ultimately shape your results.

The physical transformation speaks for itself, but what makes me proudest is the mindset she’s developed along the way.

She’s no longer chasing a temporary result. She’s built a lifestyle she genuinely enjoys.

Fats, I’m so incredibly proud of you. Not just for the physical changes, but for every single time you refused to give up on yourself.

And the best part? We’re nowhere near finished. ❤️

‘We’ll listen... until every woman’s story can be told’

❓ We celebrated 80 years of Woman’s Hour on Wednesday 🎉

From our very first episode in 1946 to today, we’ve been reflecting, challenging and championing the lives of women across the UK and beyond.

For this very exciting milestone, @bbcnuala hosted a live programme from the Glasgow @womenslibrary where we delved into our archives to look at eight decades of women sharing their stories.

Thank you to our panel - Dr Anna Glasier OBE - the first Women’s Health Champion for Scotland, Jane Mair - professor of private law at the University of Glasgow, @fatstimbo @jackiekaypoet and @holliepoetry - and to YOU for listening!

Watch the video for a taste of the conversations we had, or you can listen back to the full programme on @bbcsounds - it’s the Woman’s Hour episode from 7 October 🎧

“So… apparently I’m a game show WINNER!!! 😭🏆
KFC’s FIRST ever game show series. And… I CRACKED IT. 👀

Keep sliding to see how ➡️➡️➡️
@kfc @kfc_uki #KFCDONTCRACK

(FULL VIDEO LINK IN MY BIO)

STEP 1 - THE CHOICE. Would I fall for temptation?? Will someone sabotage?

STEP 2 - GOD SENT ME TO THAT EGG BLINDFOLDED. Y’ALL I DROPPED OVER THAT PYRAMID SOO BAD. Which came first the chicken of the egg? Duval dropping.

STEP 3 - TEN PEOPLE LEFT. From THOUSANDS of APPLICANTS… I didn’t even want to betray my partner 😭😭😭

Only 30 made it through and only 10 were standing here with me right now. Rather than sing praises I started singing like a mother hen. For 50k ??? I’d give stormzy a RUN for his money. David did his ting still

STEP 4 - KFC asking a person with undiagnosed KFC to stay still is sending me, sorry a whole pregnant woman?? The fights?? The cymbal in my bloodclart earring? YOU CYANNOT TRICK ME. Even bloodclart Aj from @betasquad tried it 🤣🤣🤣

@betasquad STEP 5 - AJ YA CYANNOT TRICK MEHHH, AND I PASSED THROUGH THAT BLOODCLARTTTT

STEP 6 - From chilling in the 30 to now being in the FINAL TWO??? T the team asking me to cry on cue was diabolical. I KNOW my faces were making Rachel laugh 🤣🤣🤣🤣

And here it ISSSS the WINNER of KFC’s don’t crack.

It wasn’t just about the 50k, but memories of a lifetime, surrounded by friends that I would cherish for the rest of my life. I love you guys. Love you and thank you to Jonny, Jacob, Ellie- the whole bloodclart production team, for believing in me, for reminding me to actually attend the audition before settle for the role of some extra work…To my friends and family who I told about me doing a show that I can’t speak about, well here’s the news 🤣🤣🤣

It’s crazy to think that after numerous sell out theatre shows, coming back from tour with THE asap rocky… BEATING cancer… I now hold the crown of KFC’s Don’t crack… and it feels finger lickin🤣🤣❤️

Guys it’s a must watch . - Check the FULL VIDEO in my bio!

Thank you for believing in me as I’ve believed in you.

Love you guys.

This is only the start.

Cluck cluck!

Does every girls’ trip derail your progress? Girls’ trip means memories, dinners, drinks…
and somehow a full identity crisis about your progress when you get home 😂

If this is you, keep an eye on my page this week.
