I did 2 pump #burpees live on tik-tok today

2 pump burpees unbroken
X 550
1100 Push-ups
1 hour
9.17 reps per minute

Thanks to all who supported.

This was a PR too. Last time I did 525 in 1 hour so I added 25 reps which is pretty huge.

Episode 9: Walking + Hiking 👟 🥾

Plot twist: walking was NOT always one of my favorite ways to move. 😂

But somewhere along the way, I came to my senses—and now walking and hiking are two of my favorite things to have in my active rotation.

Because sometimes movement is about more than getting your steps in.

It’s the thing that gets you out of the house after a long day.

It clears your head.

It helps you reconnect with friends and family.

It gets you outside and reminds you to actually look around.

And sometimes, it turns into coffee and ocean views with people you love☕️🌊💕

Hiking is a whole other kind of joy for me because nature is my third place.

Fresh air, beautiful views, new trails, good conversation… I really don’t need much convincing.

So consider this my official invitation to add a walk or hike to your Activ rotation.

You don’t need fancy equipment.
You don’t need to be a “hiker.”
You don’t even need a destination.

Just step outside and start moving.

And if you ever want a virtual walking buddy, shoot me a message ⚡️

Let’s keep moving together

100 navy seals. Quick 150 skips to warm up and it was on to main event. I broke the 100 up into 4 sets of 25 with 20 squats after each set. Whole thing took 33 mins. Last time I did navy seals it was blazing hot and it took 30 mins. Progress is progress. Still active despite the little setbacks.
