My friends, I am begging you to hear me. 💔

Today, I have to pay $250 for the land where my children and I live, and I swear I don't have a single dollar. I am terrified of losing the only place we have.

If I cannot pay this rent and no one helps me, I feel so desperate that I may try to go to a dangerous area, even though I know the risks, because I no longer know where to turn or how to protect my children from homelessness.

I am exhausted. I cannot carry this burden alone anymore. Please, if you can help, even with just $1, it could make a difference for my family.

**Please don't wait until something terrible happens to us before hearing my voice.** Share my message, help us if you can, and please don't leave my children and me alone in this desperate moment. 💔

In G@z@, where w@r surrounds us and our children are robbed of their right to feel safe, Anas kisses his cousin Mahmoud, as if he is trying to protect him from the cruelty of this world. 💔

Anas and Mahmoud… two little cousins, bound by blood and love, who ask nothing more from life than to grow up together—without fear or b0mbings, without displacement or hunger.

Here in G@z@, we still love life. We hold on to one another and dream of a day when our children no longer fall asleep to the sound of b0mbs, but to stories filled with love and safety. 🇵🇸🤍

What an honor to be selected as a speaker on the HME panel alongside two respected industry leaders, Madhan Kris Srinivasan of VGM Group, Inc. and Wesley Lones of Daybreak with the incredible Miriam Lieber moderating our discussion!

This was my first time visiting Kentucky, and what a beautiful state filled with so much history and charm!

A special thank you to Wayne Hudson and the NikoHealth team for the incredible hospitality and thoughtfully organized events.

One of the highlights of the conference for me was the empowering Women’s Retreat. Having the opportunity to connect with, learn from, and work alongside accomplished female C-Suite level executives who have helped shape and lead our industry over the years is truly inspiring. A special shoutout to Lindy Tentinger, Joni Moss and honored to be surrounded by women who continue to pave the way for others.

It was also wonderful reconnecting with so many industry friends, including David Gelbard of Parachute Health, Crystal Reyes of ISC, and David Bjork one of the most accomplished individuals in our space and a class act.

Grateful for the meaningful conversations, new connections, and the opportunity to contribute to an industry that continues to evolve and make a difference in patients’ lives.

One of the things I love most about my work is seeing how much the conversation around health and wellness continues to evolve.

Sleep is such a critical part of that. Recovery, body composition, metabolic health, performance and longevity are all connected, and none of them exist in a vacuum.

Spending time at @pacific.waters.spa and learning more about @evolt.health and other wellness technologies was such a good reminder of how important it is to look at health more holistically.

We can track more, understand more and become much more proactive about our health than ever before.

And at the center of so much of it is something incredibly basic…getting good sleep.

Great spending time with @paul.meek12 @fattsobarbie @kylie_m_bruno and Spa Team International this week.

We were displaced from our home, losing both our shelter and our livelihood; now, only memories bear witness to the life we once knew. Today, we endure harsh times—without a home to shelter us or an income to sustain us. We carry the pain of loss and anxiety about the future, striving simply to hold on and live with dignity. We asked for nothing more than safety, a home to shelter us, and a livelihood to meet our needs.

Had the busiest September of my life but I got to see almost all my favorite people in one single month! From Delaware, to New York, to Baltimore then over to Coronado and all the way back down to Dallas. Even got to celebrate my mama for the weekend!🎂🌹♥️
