MORE THAN A RUN

From Weight Loss To A Lifestyle. From Coffee Catch-Ups To Going The Distance.

Amid the demands of a busy hospitality job, running began as a way to lose weight. Over time, it became much more — a lifestyle, a way to connect, and a challenge to keep growing.

“Let’s catch up over drinks” became “Let’s grab a coffee after a morning run.”

From struggling with 3 km to training for 30 km on his 30th birthday, his journey shows what consistency can do. One unforgettable moment? Spontaneously taking on a half marathon on an ordinary Monday.

His go-to gear:
— @asics Superblast 3 — Around 370 km since July.
— @garmin Forerunner 965 — A daily source of motivation.
— @2xu Light Speed Compression — His trusted compression gear.
— 2XU Vector Crew Socks — Cushioning that makes a difference on long runs.

Running started with a goal to lose weight. It grew into something bigger: connection, consistency, and the courage to go further.

Because running changes more than your distance. It can change your lifestyle.⁡
