It’s no longer IF a disaster will strike, it’s about which properties are going to survive.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Been awhile since I provided an update here…

2,500+ people

That’s how many people we have had sign up for www.Project55.org since we launched our training back in June!

2,500 people who have decided to make mental health a priority - if not for themselves, for someone in their circle.

2,500 people who are choosing to make a difference.

2,500 people who want to better understand mental health

2,500 people who want to be able to help when needed

2,500 advocates

3 years ago when Justin Goodman had this idea - we knew it would be impactful and make a difference.

…but, to see it every single day. To see people choosing to step up, be curious, be involved and wanting to support others….

It truly is incredible. Hard to put into words.

Thank you to each of you who have stepped up, answered my texts, calls, emails, had me on a podcast, wrote articles…

Thank you.

…but, the work isnt over. We need your continued support and voices to help spread the word and get Project55 into the hands of even more people.

It’s free. Its world class. There is no reason you, your company or organization shouldn’t have your team go through it.

Ever seen the movie Big Fish?
One of my favorites.

My grandfathers used to tell stories bigger than life
As big as an 11-year-old could dream.

Back then, they felt unimaginable.
Now, as an adult, I laugh thinking my nephews wouldn’t believe half the sh*t I’ve actually done.

I keep coming back to the ending scene - where Edward Bloom is carried to the river, and along the way every character from his life shows up.

The circus performers. The friends.
The people he touched.

All those moments. All those stories.
They weren’t fleeting. Not to him. Not to them.

Because in the end, it’s the faces in the crowd.
The people who laughed with us, struggled with us, believed in us, built stories with us… and reminded us we weren’t alone.

That scene for me, is about the mosaic of your life - the people who felt your impact and will now carry pieces of you in their stories.

Our lives aren’t built in isolation. They’re stitched together by the people who walk beside us - even if just for a season.

We don’t get to choose the ending scene of our lives.
But we do get to choose how we show up for each other now.

My hope - to create stories as possible. Ones filled with love, opportunity, kindness, and friendship - with as many people as I can.

Happy end of summer. Lots of stories were made

Faura is changing the game when it comes to assessing risk in high-hazard zones—and it’s about time.

Wildfire-prone areas are seeing skyrocketing insurance premiums, and both homeowners and agents are left scrambling for answers. Historically, consumer protections kept rates low—but now? The market’s catching up to reality.

That’s where Faura steps in.
This week we are talking next-level risk analysis that empowers homeowners to take control—from defensible space and vegetation management to roof types and property siting. The more you know, the more insurable your home becomes.

This isn’t just about rates—it’s about resilience.
Valkyrie Holmes is a woman providing real life solutions to real life insurance problems and we are here for it.
