Nerves had me stiff as a bored….First Ever Femme Movement class. It was so empowering and such a small class of 4. Really set my day off to a great start ✨🫶

Also I definitely do not spend 15 minutes lining up the audio at all…… 😶😅

Less should. More want.
September taught me to stop forcing.
What are you carrying into October?

If this kind of feminine energy and aesthetic feels close to you, you might love my next FEMME FLOOR COURSE

It’s not only about learning a choreography or creating beautiful videos and photos. It’s about the whole experience: moving, exploring your own style, feeling more confident in your body, and being surrounded by women in a safe and supportive space

🌹My next course runs from 29 September to 8 October

Portrait au graphite et au fusain, papier 20x30cm. Original realistic portrait of a young woman, created with graphite pencil and charcoal on 20 × 30 cm paper. The woman has long, straight dark hair parted in the middle and wears a black top. Her head is slightly turned to the left, with her eyes gazing upward and a calm, thoughtful expression. The black-and-white drawing features delicate facial shading, smooth tonal transitions, detailed hair textures, and strong contrasts between light and shadow.
