RGB is for screens. CMYK is for prints. 🖨️✨

If your designs ever come out looking dull or off, this is why. Switch to CMYK before printing and keep your colors true. It's a small habit that makes a huge difference. 😌💫

Happy New Year, guys.🌺🤍
Who thought it’d be 2025 in a jiffy?
I honestly hoped the world would end in 2020 (and some other years in between), lmao!
But here we are🤍 GOD is good☺️
Everything here’s from March through January 😅
From me, to food, to my new Bible, to my first scar of the year 🤷🏾‍♀️

I should resume podcasting soon too🤍
Exactly one month away.☺️
Normally, I’d prefer to say ‘31 days’ but I’ll cut is some slack on this one, lol.🤗 (choosing to speak in Parable to the ‘multitude’ with this paragraph 😭😂)

Since I didn’t get to fill you in on my 2024, the last slide is a conglomeration of the year for me - maybe just a snippet because I don’t see any sad moments, lol.

I promise you, im as surprised as you are seeing the girl dancing the video🫣

See you soon, your royal fairnesses🤭🤗 #godgirl #girl #good #food #beautiful

Hello People!
Welcome to the month of June.

First off, if you're seeing this message, and you're contemplating healthy eating and unhealthy eating, this is your cue to pick healthy meal choices 🥳🥳

Healthy foods are those that provide you with the nutrients you need to sustain your body's well-being and retain energy. Water, carbohydrates, fat, protein, vitamins, and minerals are the key nutrients that make up a healthy, balanced diet.

BTW, it's International Milk Day today🥳
Milk provides us with calcium that's really great for our bones ☺️
Not to be insensitive, but I really hope our lactose intolerant folks get to relish the goodness of milk sometimes 🤗

If you don't mind, can you share a few reasons why you like to take milk?
