I started my RosieHITTFitness channel back in lockdown when I was 22 years old, simply for fun! I wanted a place to share my passion for fitness, healthy food and keeping active during a very strange time in all our lives. I had graduated from Loughborough university, with no idea as to how COVID could affect my career options - so I studied online to become a PT and fitness instructor.

Throughout that summer, I hosted online fitness classes, where people from all over the world joined me. I ran a lot, even set up a run club, and created yoga content to share with friends and companies.

Back then, I was also running 21 min 5ks, doing yoga everyday, cycling 100km for fun and surfing in the evenings. Life was so perfect and free! Life may be a little different now... I may be older, not as fit and nimble, have less time and other commitments, but I still love it just as much. It’s my identity, and no injury or judgement can change that. The joy I get from my sport, cooking healthy meals with my family and spending as much time as I can outdoors is genuinely what makes me happy. And it costs nothing.

I never created this channel for followers, and I never will. But I do just want to say a massive thank you all those who have followed and supported me in some shape or form since day one. You never know, maybe one day I’ll make Rosie HITTFitness a real business… but for now it’s fun to track my journey 💭🛤️!
