Three teams, one club.... Just as much fun off the pitch as we are on it… maybe even more so when you put us in a karaoke booth 🎤😂

Lead a play at the @nationalyouththeatre ✅️

The journey has been crazy! From reading about NYT back in 2018 before I was an actor to this. From the May R&D to shows selling out before we even started rehearsing. Thank you to everyone who came and witnessed the spectacle that we put on. Responses have been incredible.

Thank you to my castmates, our director, writers, crew and everyone at the NYT! We Nailed it! It was a pleasure to play 'Hamid', owner of the Nail Bar and bring him to life.

We were aware of the huge demand for tickets and waitlists longer than one can read. Despite being offered a 6-week extension that couldn't go ahead due to unavailability across the company, we hope Nail Bar can return in the near future. Stay tuned!

I hope Barbzz & the Well-Gel gang legged it out the back room & treated themselves to an all inclusive holiday in Zante with Ahmed’s dirty cash ! xoxo

Forever grateful to the team @nationalyouththeatre for this incredible opportunity. I think this might be the closest I get to Albert Square so thank you to the wonderful @afsanehgray & the brilliant @kmjwriter for trusting me with Barbara. 8 year old elle used to eat Eastenders for breakfast & she would be beside herself if she knew she’d be playing a role like BARBZZ one day 💕💕💅💅💅

An immersive, episodic comedy-drama, riffing off classic soaps, Nail Bar is performed in a disused shop on Holloway Road. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you for our amazing audiences who MADE these shows so much fun & for being such great sports. And thank you @hawbaghaws for being so kind, calm & patient throughout this process! I have learnt so much through you. Dream Role, Dream Director, Dream writers, Dream cast 💕 DREAM SHOW.

StoryFest is National Youth Theatre’ annual new writing festival, premiering 10 new plays featuring over 100 young creatives in July at the charity’s north London home. StoryFest 2026 is sponsored by @studiocanal and @urbanmythfilms 🤍

I love you all my Nail Bar employees / customers. When in doubt Barb it Out babes xoxo 💋

Last but not least!!! A Special thanks to our insanely talented Stage Manager Alex 1, our security guard Alex 2, our beautiful Esme in Costume, to our Iconic Set designers Phil & Hannah! To our fantastic tech Simon / Jackson ! and to everyone backstage who helped bring this show to life. We are nothing without each other, Theatre is the most beautiful collaborative art form ! you were the backbone of this show!!!

It’s hard to convey on insta - but it’s our community that matters most to us and seeing you all come through, connect and let loose on the dancefloor is what it’s all about! ❤️ We felt the love and hope you did too! 💚
