Pilates is better with your bestie. 🩷

A little shake, a little laugh & a lot of good vibes.

Because everything is more fun when you get to share it with your favourite people. 🫶🏼

Stronger together, one little shake at a time. ✨

Ein kleiner Meilenstein auf meiner Pilates-Reise. 🤎

🫶🏼 #reformerpilates

The 6 Principles of Pilates — Part 1/6: Control 🤍

Control looks easy. It never feels easy.

This move demanded everything balance, strength, focus, and complete body awareness from the first second to the last.
Because Pilates isn't about how advanced an exercise looks. It's about how much control you actually have while doing it.
Over the next few weeks I'm breaking down all six Pilates principles — one movement, one lesson at a time.

Starting with the one most people underestimate: Control ✨

Which principle do you struggle with most? Tell me below 👇
