Our Kindergarten-2nd graders finished up their training last night. So much energy with these grades. Love planting the seeds with them at a young age!!!

Our MS group also finished up training. They competed their butts off were coachable the entire 6 weeks!!

Great job to both of these groups! Our 3 v 3 leagues are a hit for development and teaching kids to play fast!

Our first winter league session has less than 50 spots left!! Don’t miss out!

Camp week!! Our 8th annual camp was a blast. High energy, lots of skills developed and a bunch of players who got better! It’s an absolute blessing to be able to work with athletes of all ages. From kindergarten to pros, we got after it. We almost set a new record as we were just short of 100 athletes. Whether 5 kids or 100 kids, the environment remains the same. Have fun while training with intensity 🏀

Props to the college/pro players who came and got work in. Setting the standard of not caring who is in the gym, work is work!!!

A shout to my coaches; Kobe, Fayth, Kannah, Gabe and Pedro. Way to get after it again!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

A post isn’t enough for this young lady. Today we said “see ya later” to Kannah. She is off to Iowa for college. I first met Kannah when she was in MS. Every summer she was “forced” to train with me. I think I spoke more about smiling than basketball the first summer. Her and her friend looked at me like I was crazy. Then she came back the next summer. Then she started doing more training throughout the year. Next thing you know, Kannah is FAMILY. The improvements she has made physically and skill wise speak for themselves. I can bet that not many if anyone would have said she would play college hoops when seeing her as a 7th grader. Insert hard work, discipline, commitment, sacrifice and consistency. Proud is an understatement. More importantly, I’m honored and grateful. For the relationship I’ve been able to build with Kannah. We have seen each other at our lowest and highest moments in life. There has been reasons to quit. Finding a different trainer/team/coach is the new norm during adversity.
Yet through it all, the relationship is stronger than ever. Thank you for everything Kannah. Whether training or helping with leagues and camps, you changed me and Signature for the better ❤️❤️❤️
In a day of content creators and new trainer trends, we still stand on relationships at Signature. That will never change.
