👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Friday morning I woke up and just hit 5k in sales. After I got off work I went and sourced some products at a few stores and b4 I even got home it was all sold. Same thing happened Saturday 📈🥳 so yeah, $6400 in sales as of today.
Dec 1st makes 6 months of AMZ FBM Only up from here…

Just wow. Not even a week into Nov and we did 1k in sales. Tbh one day was almost $600 alone! Found an Amazon int product to sell. I’ve checked over 100 stores in 3 states for it😂 let’s keep it up y’all Q4 going crazy 📈💻

Overall 2023 was a great year, made a ton of mistakes but as a result I learned a ton in the process.
Some of my biggest mistakes are as follows
- going too deep on slow moving inventory
- not going deep enough when the data clearly shows a ton of sales
- not repricing daily
- getting lazy with SafeT claims to get money back and also setting up better processes for return liquidation
As for 2024, I am going to refine my oa systems and focus on preventing leakage as best as I can. I am also looking to expand into wholesale and possibly PL this year. This should keep me busy during the months that are slower for oa. Goal for 2024 is 1.5 Mil revenue while maintaining healthy margins. Looking forward to keeping this momentum going and shoutout to everyone who helped me along the way.
