Last night, the commission chambers at City Hall were alive with joy and excitement as we gathered for a special Installation Ceremony. It was a night of celebration, gratitude, and new beginnings as we welcomed our newly elected officials and honored those who have faithfully served our community. We said a heartfelt thank you to outgoing Mayor Bill Ganz and Commissioner Parness for their dedication and leadership. Their contributions have left a lasting impact, and we’re so grateful for their service. Then came the moment we’d all been waiting for—the Oath of Office! Todd Drosky stepped up as our new Mayor, ready to lead with vision and passion. District 3 Commissioner Daniel Shanetzky and District 4 Commissioner Tom Plaut took their oaths, bringing fresh energy and commitment to their roles. And Vice Mayor Ben Preston’s induction rounded out an inspiring lineup of leaders who are poised to shape our future. The room was filled with a vibrant sense of community—neighbors, friends, and families coming together to witness this milestone. It was a reminder of what makes Deerfield Beach so special: our shared spirit and belief in a bright tomorrow. As we embark on this new chapter, there’s a thrill in the air about what’s ahead. Here’s to new beginnings, strong leadership, and a thriving future for Deerfield Beach! #DFB #MayorDrosky #Leadership #Future #Community #NewBeginnings #DeerfieldBeach

Had the pleasure of attending the @cfcoalitionfl breakfast. This organization is awesome and makes sure elected officials not politicians are making moral decisions when it comes to politics. They fight hard on many issues and work hard to preserve conservative values. @antonio.verdugo2 does an amazing job with this organization and @merylopezpalma runs the broward county operations. Together they vet all candidates running for office to make sure they are people that will make the right decisions in office. The organization releases a voter guide that they then give out to all of the churches. If you are looking to get involved shoot us a message and let us know!
