KTLW 2026 was one for the books! The Sigma Chi interns had the chance to experience KTLW from a different perspective this year and see what goes on behind the scenes. From setup to takedown, we got to be a part of everything that makes KTLW happen.

We started off the week helping with registration and welcoming all the undergrads and facilitators coming to BGSU to grow and learn as leaders. Some of the interns also took part in the American Red Cross blood drive, where we were able to shatter last year’s record!

As the week went on, we helped out with night games and put on cornhole and Spikeball tournaments, which had a great turnout. We also had the opportunity to facilitate a session in the True North track. It was great getting to work with the undergrads and hear positive feedback from both them and the facilitators.

Overall, KTLW was a great experience for the interns. We got to see all the work that goes into making the week happen while also getting the chance to connect with brothers, help out, and have some fun along the way. Definitely a week we won’t forget!

This past week, worthy brothers Josh (Consul & HQ Intern) and Isaac (Pro-Consul) were fortunate enough to attend KTLW, an immersive leadership workshop that gives undergraduates the opportunity to improve their leadership skills, commitment to community service, and philanthropic efforts. This workshop helps brothers bring new ideas, skills, and experiences with brothers from all across North America back to their chapters in order so that these brothers can help their chapters succeed. Whether it was setting up the event, attending a Q&A session with other Consuls and Advisors (Josh was 1 of 3 Consuls that were invited to attend), or even facilitating an entire lesson on Authentic Masculinity (ways in which brothers can be healthy men in the communities they are apart of), or completing Ritual Training and the Servant Leadership coursework, Josh and Isaac attended it all with a positive attitude and they came away with an amazing experience. We look forward to seeing our next generation of brothers attend KTLW. IHSV!
