POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sometimes the moments that stick with you have nothing to do with the final score.

I first met Jaden during a regular season game between the Leesburg Lightning and the Sanford River Rats. He wasn’t in the lineup that night. Instead, he was in the bullpen catching for the relief pitchers. While I was talking baseball with my friend Mike, Jaden walked over with a smile and asked Mike if he planned on making it to one of his college games this season.

We talked for a few minutes before he headed back to the dugout, and that conversation told me everything I needed to know about the kind of person he is. Genuine. Humble. Grateful.

These photos are from his at-bat during Game 2 of the Florida Collegiate Summer League Championship Series. It’s easy to celebrate what an athlete does on the field, but it’s just as important to recognize the character they show away from it.

Wishing you nothing but success this season, Jaden. Keep working hard, enjoy every opportunity, and thank you for taking a few minutes to make two baseball fans feel like part of the game.

Two Tyler Talks with four teams in the Florida Collegiate Summer League and a #3for3 Challenge.

These burpees, pins, and wristbands are a reminder that checking in on one another, talking about mental health, and creating space for honest conversations can make all the difference.

Thank you to the players and coaches across the Florida League for embracing the challenge and helping us champion mental wellness in baseball. Every conversation moves us one step closer to ending the stigma.

We love you Miss Berkleigh, everyone should have an Ella Langley doppelgänger and mental health advocate in their lives! We are very grateful for you, Berk!❤️❤️❤️

For the second summer in a row, we’re incredibly proud to partner with Hilinski’s Hope in bringing one of the most important conversations in sports to our student-athletes.

Baseball is about so much more than wins and losses. Behind every jersey is a person navigating pressures, expectations, and challenges that aren’t always visible. Through Tyler Talks, we’re continuing to break the stigma surrounding mental health and remind every athlete that asking for help is a sign of strength not weakness.

Creating a culture where our players know they’re seen, heard, and valued beyond the game will always be bigger than baseball.
A huge thank you to the Hilinski family for sharing Tyler’s story and inspiring hope, healing, and honest conversations that will continue long after this summer ends 💚

There are some people who come into your life and leave a mark that lasts forever ❤️

The Hilinski family is that for me.

Over the past several years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of partnering with Hilinski’s Hope, helping bring Tyler Talks to more than 30 summer collegiate baseball teams and now continuing that mission with college programs across the country. Every conversation, every athlete, and every story reminds me why this work matters.

Mental health isn’t just a cause I support, it’s something deeply personal. I’ve experienced my own struggles, and I know how easy it is for athletes to believe they have to be “strong” all the time. The pressure to perform, the fear of letting others down, and the belief that asking for help is a weakness can become overwhelming.

That’s why I will continue using my platform in sports to remind student-athletes that they are so much more than their statistics, playing time, or wins and losses. Their value is found in who they are, not just what they do.

To Mark, Kym, and the entire Hilinski family: thank you for trusting me to help carry Tyler’s legacy. Your courage has sparked conversations that are changing lives, and I’m forever grateful to stand beside you in this mission.

If sharing one story, having one conversation, or checking in on one teammate can save a life, then every mile traveled and every Tyler Talk is worth it.

Be kind. Check on your people. Keep the conversation going 💚💚💚
