A 5.0 rating on Urban Sports Club is a lovely milestone. Knowing you’ve taken a moment after class to leave us some love makes it even sweeter. To everyone who walked in feeling a little nervous, came back, brought a friend or stayed for a chat: thank you. You’re part of what makes this place feel like raum.

Five stars from you. A very big hug from us. 💜

A little time to move, learn and feel supported in good company 💜

We’ve opened two extra groups at @familiencafe_rubens_berlin , one prenatal and one postnatal, so you can join the class that fits where you are right now.

We’ll work on strength, breathing and body awareness, with guidance and space to learn at your own pace. In our postnatal class, we’ll focus on your pelvic floor and its connection with your breath and deep core muscles to support everyday movement.

And there may be help with the cost, too: German health insurers (Krankenkassen) offer reimbursement for certified prevention courses. Check with us and your insurer before booking to confirm eligibility, how much they’ll cover and the attendance requirements for your chosen course.

📍 Familiencafé Rubens
🗓 Every Monday, starting 2 November
🤰🏽 Prenatal · 8:30 am
🤱🏽 Postnatal · 9:40 am
8 sessions per course with the raum. team

No dia 2 de outubro teve CHAMEGUIN…
Teve a música me arrebatando como sempre e me mostrando que ela sempre será um lugar seguro pra eu dar vazão, escancarando o peito, alma e coração….suave… curando tudo tudo… (meu lugar favorito.)

Here at raum., we’re getting ready to come together for another Pelvic Power journey, starting Saturday, August 29.

For 8 weeks, we’ll come together in a small group, with plenty of time for individual attention, guidance and care. And on top of that, you can get 75–100% of your investment reimbursed by your health insurance, depending on your provider.

Still have questions about how reimbursement works? It’s super simple:

→ Sign up for Pelvic Power through Eversports
→ Attend at least 8 classes
→ Receive your certificate of completion from us
→ Send it to your health insurance, who will process the reimbursement according to your coverage

See? No secrets. Now all that’s left is to join us.

We can’t wait to have you with us 💜✨

Some of the most important muscles in your body are the ones you rarely think about.

Your pelvic floor is the foundation for core stability, posture, breathing and everyday movement. Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, recovering postpartum, or simply looking to prevent injuries and build strength from the inside out. Pelvic Power is designed to help you reconnect with your body through safe, science-based training.

✨ 8-week specialised course
✨ Small groups
✨ Up to 100% reimbursable through many health insurance providers*

Ready to discover the benefits of a stronger pelvic floor?

*Reimbursement depends on your insurance provider.

strength looks different when it is built with support.
at raum., movement is not only about physical development.
It’s about confidence, connection and feeling at home in your own body.
