Finally have a website that reflects the chaotic nature of what I 'do'.

I find it very hard to define, so @fe___luke built me my own personal magazine/database so I didn't have to pigeonhole myself or boil it down to a couple of sentences that I would inevitably want to change week-by-week.

Ty Felix for getting it so effortlessly (and for the ✩)

Still incomplete! But I will keep adding old stuff as and when I remember things/dig them out of deep storage 🌱

But U don’t know anything about the ocean.

U don’t know what the ocean feels.
On one hand U just assume that her movement is the mechanical accident of tidal forces and local weather systems.

But on the other, U dream of a sentient ocean, an all-knowing entity that has dutifully surveyed every square inch of her own mind.

There’s no point in dreaming without any resolve. Keep going. And find out what to do with what U have stolen.

Become U. Link in bio

After seven months of intense world-building, abundance of symbiotic exchanges and AI trainings, networks of nodes, flickering of code, sound recordings, nights of hacking and navigating the labyrinth of browser constraints,
___Red The Ocean Around U___
has finally surfaced.

The site features a generative AI environment that evolves in realtime based on user interactions, inputs, and various long-term and short-term term memories.

We extend our deepest gratitude to @barbaracueto, @alexisconvento, @borismagrini, and the extended LAS team @las_artfoundation for entrusting us with this vision, for being truly supportive and caring both in curation and implementation.

A heartfelt thanks to @_o.j.f for weaving the story beyond itself, to @billyberkouwer for the masterful technical execution and unwavering belief despite the project's complexities, @fe___luke for the beautiful digital design,
to @sayaka_botanic for your sensibility and the original score that envelops the experience with pure serenity and succulence, to @nastyavogan for mastering the sound and last but not least to @apolinariosteps for helping us to ignite the life of the LLM Claude.

Without you all the experience wouldn’t have become a living and breathing multi-agential organism.

The piece will be online for the next year as part of LAS's series of digital commissons, curated by @barbaracueto.

In fall of 2023, ActiveLabour compiled a series of interviews with friends of the label for @newcurrency Issue 03, where we discussed work vs. life, club culture, concepts of space, urban experimentalism, and how artists around the world are affected by their unique city environments.

Available now only in print, New Currency Issue 03 - 'Artists In The City', on newcurrency.ca

My collab with @crosslucid and @fe___luke for @las_artfoundation launches tonight! Link will be in CROSSLUCID's bio and on the LAS website.

It was a pleasure to build CROSSLUCID's and @_o.j.f 's experimental narrative-based net artwork. I developed the project and handled the technical implementation with @fe___luke on digital design. The site features CROSSLUCID's generative AI environment that evolves in realtime based on user interactions, inputs, and various long-term and short-term term memories.

The piece will be online for the next year as part of LAS's series of digital commissons, curated by @barbaracueto.

Many thanks to @barbaracueto, @alexisconvento, @borismagrini, and the extended LAS team, and @crosslucid for their trust in bringing their project to life ❤️
