Two years since this flute journey began.

I dusted off an instrument I had impulsively bought at a cacao ceremony nearly ten years earlier. I had shelved her and forgotten about her. Then one night I heard a friend play, and something in me recognized the sound immediately. I picked up my flute, and she sang on the first breath.

Since then, it’s become a quiet romance. A meditation. A steady form of grounding. A humbling reminder that this is something I’m meant to share.

It still amazes me what opens when we allow space for it. Allow the path for magic. 💖

Embracing the invitations to offer flute medicine. It’s been a process owning a gift, and still very much adjusting to that. I appreciate anyone open to receiving this. 🙏🏼❤️

Finally - truly going inward, past the pain points I kept hiding from. Feels so good to feel. Even the pain. 🙏🏼

Rainy morning vibes. Cried my eyes out this morning. My heart broke not having Chloe snuggled in a ball next to me, so I just squeezed Skylar as hard as I could, he just knows. I love him so much.

These songs, these melodies that come out - really feel like love notes. Like many, this one is for Chloe…🤍

The first Indigo Nights where I’ve been an artist giving an offering, and not just a co-creator. Incredibly surreal. 🙏🏼
