Entrepreneurship is expanding. So is the demand for communities where founders don’t have to explain themselves.

When Gaston Becharano acquired Smorgasburg, he joined The Founders Club for one reason: none of his friends ran companies. He needed proximity to people who understood what he went through on a day-to-day basis.

He’s not alone.

The professional networking market is projected to triple by 2030. In-person is rising. Founders are reallocating time and capital toward curated environments that offer real relevance to their lives and situations. Against that backdrop, The Founders Club has grown to 1,200+ members in three years, with thousands of applications arriving each month.

2025 was a year we won’t forget.

What began as a small group of early believers grew into a community of over 1,000 exceptional members across North America. Some of the sharpest minds in entrepreneurship, representing more than $22M in combined revenue, came together across 30 cities.

From coast-to-coast events and in-person masterminds to destination retreats and once-in-a-lifetime experiences, 2025 reshaped how people think, build, and live. It was a year defined by the relentless pursuit of excellence and the commitment to building a dream life.

What stood out most was the community itself.

Founders who asked better questions.
Who shared wins and losses honestly.
Who showed vulnerability that would overwhelm most and, in doing so, raised the standard for everyone around them.

To every member who trusted us with your time, energy, and presence this year, thank you. The Club is what it is because of you.

Nights like this are a reminder of what actually makes this community special.

Seeing founders step away from the grind, share a night together, laugh, and strengthen relationships is what turns a city into a hub, and Miami continues to set that standard.

Thankful for this group, the energy they bring, and the way they show up for each other during the holidays and beyond.

Last week in Playa reminded all of us how rare this community really is.

Over 100 founders flew in from around the world, many arriving as strangers, all leaving with a level of connection that’s hard to describe unless you lived those moments.

From the conversations, to the breakthroughs, to all of the shared experiences, it felt like the kind of week that shifts something in you.

We came looking for a rest and reset, and left with new friendships, clearer direction, and a deeper appreciation for what we’re building together.

What stood out most was how people showed up: honest, open, supportive, and willing to push each other in a way that makes you better just by being in the community.

If Playa was a preview of where this Club is heading, the future is going to be special.

Grateful for everyone who made the week what it was, and for the standard we’re raising together.

What a week.

This year’s annual Playa retreat pulled something out of all of us: clarity, honesty, and the kind of connection you can’t fake.

From the workshops to the ceremonies to the late-night conversations, this retreat reminded us why community matters, and why doing life with the right people changes everything.

Founders showed up with courage, shared what they’re carrying, and raised the standard for what this Club can be.

We pushed and supported each other, and walked away with more direction, alignment, and gratitude for the people in the Club.

The depth that formed here in just a few days is something most entrepreneurs never experience in a lifetime.

Thank you to every member who made this week what it was.

This is the community we get to build with, and the life we get to share together.

I walked into this retreat battling one of my biggest limiting beliefs ever.

Last year we brought 11 members to Mexico.
This year over 60 members and 84 incredible humans spent four life changing days together.

We connected on levels most founders never get to experience.
We opened up. We got vulnerable.
We planned out our best 2026 ever.
And we reminded each other that none of us have to build alone.

The Founders Club was created so founders never feel isolated ever again.
Today almost 1000 members connect every single day and this retreat showed me something I needed to learn myself.

The belief that no one would truly invest in their mind, body, and business in one container was completely false.
The belief that people would not show up fully was completely false.

I consider myself the luckiest guy in the world because what I get to do every day is create connection between some of the most powerful and inspiring people on the planet.

Mexico 2026 was a reminder of what happens when community becomes family.
2026 is going to be our best year yet and that is because of you.

Thank you for being part of this.
Thank you for proving the belief wrong.
And thank you for helping build the future of entrepreneurship together.
