Mark your calendars to join for the House of Earth opening party Friday, October 30.

We’ll have contributions in the form of a solo set from Michael Vallera @michaelvallera as well as original house of earth merch from @fednai.

Michael is a musician whose recordings I’ve enjoyed quite a bit on my long drives finding things for this business and I’m honored and truly excited to have him play the opening.

I’m very excited as well to introduce a nice selection of merch made by the brilliant and busy @fednai who I also feel very lucky to be working with.

Thanks as well to my impossibly talented wife @carolinapereiraa for putting the flyer together.

I hope you’ll all come by on the 30th! The showroom will be a good place to be.

Pleased to announce an additional screening to accompany 𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴: 24 FRAMES by Abbas Kiarostami.

Completed in 2017, Kiarostami’s final film explores the connection between photography and cinema, setting out to “reconstruct the moments immediately before and after a photograph is taken.”

Opening August 8: 𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴, paintings by Amy Renee Webb (@aunt.ag0ny). Rural spaces and domestic interiors suspended between anticipation and anxiety, with narratives largely unresolved. Through textiles, furnishings, and patterned surfaces, Ian DeFelice-Curran (@fednai) further extends the visual vocabulary of Webb’s interiors into KIOSK with a site-responsive installation.

The opening reception will feature music by DJ Responsible (@djresponsible2001). Additional collaborations, programming, and details to be announced shortly.

Picture this:
you just finished your 7th jack and coke within a 4 hour time span to get the best deal out of the “all you can drink” package. There’s no doubt you’re absolutely plastered.
You start chatting up some friendlys from the opposite end of the country who have never seen someone do the worm. Jack, coke, miller, red, and all the pretty ladies from the east coast all tell you to hit that shit so you bust out the sluttiest worm dance move you can do.
Club security don’t like that. Not one bit. In fact, his ass is so jealous he tells you that you’re a safety risk and that you can’t do the worm in the club.
Oh? Sorry? Must’ve forgot where we were. For a second you thought you were in North Korea.
can’t do the worm?? Safety risk? Does this guy know who he’s talking too?? You did the worm two more times before you get kicked out and take the party with you.
That’ll teach em.
