🌎HAPPY EARTH DAY!

🌳In the spirit of Earth Day, we’re excited to share that after our 10th clean-up in April, we’ve officially adopted Jefferson Park!

💙This is what Befriend is all about—caring for our earth while caring for each other. Small acts of kindness ripple outward, turning shared spaces into places of connection, belonging & community.

💚Let’s keep the momentum going—keeping our park clean, meeting new friends, and bringing our city a little closer together.

💛Join us for our 11th Befriend Clean-Up on Sunday, May 17 from 12–1 PM at Jefferson Park, 1921 Princess Anne Ave., Richmond, VA.

✌️GRATEFUL for our partners @rvagov @rvaparksandrec @rvacleancitycommission @jefferson.park_rva_official @chaofrva & so many friends!

☀️All are welcome—come as you are, and let’s celebrate our planet and each other.

Part one of looking back on 2023.

The amazing people get to work with and photograph. Each person. Has a story and I get to capture just part of it…for a moment in time ❤️

Happy new year and I hope 2024 is even better!

Back from another incredible retreat with the magnificent Ellie Burke! Fabulous rest, meditation, yoga, breath work, silence, incredible food, hiking, community, with lots of introspection and mindfulness. Even walked the labyrinth on top a mountain during the sunrise and under a full moon.
