As the sun went down on our final Yin class of this years retreat, we shared a special moment together under the sun. We arrived as strangers and we will leave as friends bonded through this week of connection and self love 🫶🩵 We are so grateful to share these experiences with you all xx

Wanna know what to expect on our Yoga Teacher Training?

Whilst the format for 2025 is changing the experience is not! Using the most up to date teaching methodology and scientific understanding of the body whilst honouring the lineage of the practice and the philosophy of yoga means that you’ll experience a course like no other.

Study the scriptures, improve your lifestyle and learn a new skill. It’s an immersive course that ensures you will leave ready to teach yoga straight away. And we’ll be there to hold your hand throughout.

Our early bird price for our 200 hour course ends this month. If you fancy a chat about it drop us a message and we’ll be in touch 🥰 we can’t wait to take you on this journey x

30 hours Mandala Vinyasa ✅️

What a fabulous weekend! Mandala is a dynamic, progressive, and 'feeling' practice, where we move 360 degrees around the mat and coordinate our movements with our breath.

Challenging, powerful, and worthwhile 🥰 really enjoyed learning more about this more modern interpretation of yoga, with a great group of ladies and the wonderful Michelle at @studiooneyogauk ❤️

Would recommend this training to anyone who wants to challenge themselves, have fun, and FEEL things, rather than care what anything looks like or whether it's 'aligned' 👍

Fab content, lovely studio, and I'll be experimenting with mandala in the very near future with you lot 😘

Blog 💭

I’ve wanted to start a blog for ages as I think it’s the best way to communicate all the information, thoughts and opinions I have on:

🤰🏽The role of pregnancy yoga in birth preparation
🧠 Antenatal education
🧭 Navigating the maternity system
📚 Book and podcast reviews / recommendations
💡 And much more

So here it is! I’ve started off by sharing why I decided to become a pregnancy yoga teacher and thanking everyone who helped me along the way so far (link in bio) #pregnancyyoga #antenatalclass #clitheroe #birth #yoga #beautifulbeginnings

Last year I shared an amazing experience with a beautiful bunch of people doing our 200 hour yoga teacher training 💜 I’m grateful to every single one of you for teaching me so much about both yoga and myself. In 2022 I’m looking forward to teaching @vanessaflow_yoga and @cumminsmellor 🧘🏼‍♀️
