When we take away the clothes, the roles, and everything we use to define ourselves, we are left with something very simple: a human being. Vulnerable, imperfect, and real. Maybe that’s what makes everybody beautiful—not perfection, but truth.

You’re invited 🪭 We’re meeting again to paint fans on the beach as the sun goes down.

You’re never too old or too important for arts & crafts. It’s just the kind of low stakes activity that’s ideal for switching off from your day, that lets you lean into your silly, child-like side.

Last week, we all agreed it was the perfect reset & recharge.

Come along on 13th Aug if you’re needing a fun after work plan with no expectations or pressure, or if you’re just tired from this heat & working at home with no AC 🥵

13th August, 7pm
Bogatell beach · Details in bio.

Ven a la playa para pintar abanicos al atardecer. Charlaremos, crearemos, y al final de la tarde habremos olvidado por completo el día de trabajo.

This heatwave has got us dreaming of snow ❄️

And our dreamy winter retreat, where we exchange screens for stillness, buildings for forests and roads for snowy trails. Where we let the playfulness of a snow day restore your mind, body, and soul.

The magic we found in Madeira…

Me and Karolina spent 4 days really finding the hidden gems of this island but obviously the non negotiable spots. It was certainly not what I expected in the best way possible and here were some of the highlights.

Mornings at Seixal Beach.

We were hoping for a sunrise this morning but were greeted with some moody skies instead which ended up creating it’s own magical atmosphere as the soaring cliffs in the distance peered through the clouds as we continued to wander around the black sandy beach.

Snow beneath us, calm within us.

There was something very special about this group of yogi’s, there was synergy 🙌🏽

The power & impact of a retreat is easy to see but hard to fully articulate. But we will try…

Watching, hearing, feeling connections & friendships grow.

The Mountains, they ground & uplift simultaneously.

Mealtimes are far more than eating.

Group adventures unveil unknown inner strengths & resilience.

The yoga, rituals & workshops are the backbone which support the individual journeys.

It was impactful, heart felt, loving and extremely meaningful. For guests but also very much for us, @moonsakeryoga @skyesakerfood as hosts.

This is why we do what we do ❤️❤️❤️

Dates for our 2027 Wild & Well Mountain Retreat: 20-24 January 2027

Bookings are open, rooms are already limited.
