🇯🇲✨ @dhqbootcamp – July 10-12, 2026
A piece of my heart will always be in Negril.

Last July, I had the privilege of attending the Dancehall Queen Bootcamp in Jamaica — learning, sweating, challenging myself and most importantly, listening and absorbing from the people who carry this culture from its roots.

There are experiences that simply teach you steps, and then there are experiences that change the way you understand movement, culture, music and yourself.

I’m incredibly grateful for every class, every correction, every conversation, every moment of being a student again. To the incredible teachers who shared their knowledge, energy and passion — thank you for welcoming us into your space and your culture and for continuing to carry dancehall forward. 🇯🇲❤️

I came to Jamaica to learn.
I left with even more respect, inspiration and hunger to keep learning.

Still processing. Still growing. Still dancing.
🇯🇲🔥❤️

Reggaeton Teacher Training Program - Hki, FIN🔥

14 hours. 2 days. So much knowledge, movement and inspiration.

This weekend pushed me outside my comfort zone, challenged me to look at reggaeton from a whole new perspective and reminded me why I’ll always be a student first. 💜

Technique. Musicality. Movement. Teaching. Performance.
Learning, practicing, applying — and then doing it all over again.

Taking these new tools, new inspiration and a whole lot of motivation back to the studio. 💥

Gracias por compartir, enseñar y elevar el nivel. ❤️‍🔥
¡Seguimos creciendo, seguimos bailando, seguimos subiendo de nivel!

@drakodance_ , @axelbarriosr , @martajorits & @dancest_studio — gracias por un increíble fin de semana.🔥
