This past weekend I did the Crawling Crab 5k & Half Marathon. This was about endurance and resilience and even with all I go through I can make it out. As long as I have God by my side I can conquer any and everything. I have to give a huge thanks to @tycorc91 for pacing me, encouraging me, and holding me accountable all the times I wanted to quit. I am forever grateful for you! I have to give a big thanks to @therealmesii_j @theressomethingabout_tiffany @sbsddame @feesevangogh for sticking with me along the way. As always I have to shout my @ngurunclub757 famlayyy for hyping us up during the race and for always being so supportive and encouraging. The road was hard but I completed 13.1 miles! Talk to me nice 💪🏽💪🏽. #halfmarathon #crawlingcrab #running

@jandaracing Crawlin’ Crab Half Marathon Recap!! 🦀

We had a lot of first-time half-marathoners in the fam, as well as runners chasing a PR. I thoroughly enjoyed pacing and running with everyone—who knew Party Pace could still mean a huge PR?!

We truly shared moments of joy, pain, rain, and the temptation to quit, but as a unit, we prevailed! A few folks joined us along the way, passed us, or fell back, but everyone finished strong. I’m so proud of my entire run family! 💙

We have so many rising stars with so much room to blossom. It’s a blessing to witness everyone chasing their best selves and inspiring those around them.

A few months ago, I ran my very first 8K at the Shamrock Marathon. Today, I'm surrounded by a community that reminds me that running isn't just about miles—it's about connection, encouragement, and showing up for one another. ✨

I'm incredibly happy and thankful to be a part of the NGU running community. This event celebrated movement, family, community, and giving back, with all race proceeds benefiting H.E.R. Shelter.

Whether you're running, walking, or simply cheering others on, come be part of something special.

💚🏃🏽‍♀️
