Watching Rodri @nathanake and @erling play in the @fifaworldcup has us reminiscing on the time @mancity spent the day making bbq platters with us in Houston. They have a record 19 players representing their respective national teams in the 2026 World Cup tournament!

We’re not saying their success is because of our barbecue, but you shouldn’t ignore the results.

Our friends @kinnune and @tokekoo are visiting from @ravintolamillersbbq in Finland and we’ve asked them to make a dish for the VIP hour at @southernsmokefoundation!

Check out what they have in store and we’ll see you all on Saturday!

We’re getting the gang back together and going Back To The Future, for one night only, to raise money for the @SouthernSmokeFoundation, a non-profit that helps those in the F+B industry with emergency relief funding and access to no-cost mental health services.

We’ll be cooking with our friend, mentor, all around great guy, and Southern Smoke Foundation co-founder, Chris Shepherd- along with a few of his other proteges - Lyle Bento, Lucas McKinney, Victoria Dearmond, JD Woodward, & Chris Bednorz.

We’re pulling from the archives for this menu, planning a nostalgia-inducing multi-course, family-style meal with wine and beverage selections hand-picked by Matthew Pridgen.

So please join us on Sunday, June 9th from 5:00-8:00 PM at our Spring Branch location. Tickets are limited and will sell out fast. A link to purchase tickets can be found in our bio.

Next Monday, December 11th, Patrick is joining our barbeque buddies Greg Gatlin, owner of Gatlin's BBQ and Leonard Botello IV of Truth BBQ, for an intimate roundtable hosted by the one and only Chris Shepherd at Stages in Montrose.

In his new series, Table to Stage, Chris is bringing a celebrated selection of Houston’s best chefs and culinary leaders from across the country to help our community get to know the people behind the food: what inspires them, what drives them, and how they got to where they are now.

Tickets start at just $45, so grab yours today.
With only 250 seats, the event is sure to sell out. Head to @cshepherd13 page for a link to purchase tickets.
