🔥 Last Meetup Recap!

What a great turnout this weekend!

We practiced handstands, worked on new skills, encouraged each other, and welcomed new faces into the community.

Every meetup reminds us that progress happens faster when you’re surrounded by people who support and inspire you. 💪

Thank you to everyone who came out. See you at the next one!

Growth hits different with community cheering you on.

For YEARS I was in my fitness journey alone, with my focus on working as hard as possible and figuring things out by myself. While I did get physically stronger, mentally I was so isolated and stuck that it didn’t feel worth it.

When you put your time and effort into growth, your entire life and consciousness should improve. Our body is a system that goes so much deeper than BMI or what we look like.

What’s funny is neuroscience has already confirmed your nervous system co-regulates through the people around you, but I don’t see people talking about this. You can reach your goals so much more effortlessly when you are able to think clearer, push harder, and recover faster moving with community.

Don’t make the same mistake I did; My DMs are open if you are looking for community, or to take part in what we are building. :)

(P.S. - I am SO beyond grateful for all of the amazing people I have been able to meet, and the supportive environment being built. ☀️🤞)

What do people take away from our calisthenics meetups?

💪 Core strength.
🔥 Confidence.
🤝 Teamwork.
❤️ Community.

When we asked attendees what they gained from our last meetup, these were some of the most common answers.

Because calisthenics isn’t just about learning skills or getting stronger, it’s about surrounding yourself with people who motivate, support, and challenge you to become better.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already training, there’s a place for you here.
