Moving is not for the faint of heart.

It stretches you physically, mentally, and emotionally, even when you know you’re doing it for all the right reasons.

Now that I’ve had a few minutes to finally come up for air after our move from Arizona to Florida, I keep coming back to one overwhelming feeling: gratitude.🙏🏼

Arizona gave us more than sunshine and new scenery. It gave us people. Real friendships. The kind where you know you’ll stay in touch. The kind where you’re already planning future visits before you’ve even unpacked the last box. Walking away from those relationships is hard.

And then coming back to Florida and seeing friends we hadn’t seen in far too long, only to (almost) pick right back up where we left off was such a gift.

Time and distance didn’t change a thing. That kind of friendship is rare, and I don’t take it lightly.

To our friends, old and new, who carried us through this transition:

The ones who helped us pack up our life.
Who watched our girls.
Who drove across the country with Jarrett.
Who bought furniture.
Who gave us beds to sleep in.
Who fed us.
Who picked us up and dropped us off.
Who answered the phone while I vented.
Who checked in just to ask, “How are you really doing?”

Please know… it all mattered.

Every single act of love made this move lighter. Moving is HARD. It’s exhausting and emotional and overwhelming. But you made the heavy parts feel bearable.

We are so incredibly blessed by you.
If you’re reading this and you feel like this is about you…it is. And we are forever grateful. 🤍✨

You already know we’re back at it again 💅🏼💪🏼 Pretty girls doing pretty push-ups—even in the office! 💼✨
There comes a time in the day when you’re tired, exhausted, and ready to crash… and the BEST way to get that blood pumping is with some good old push-ups🔥 Next time you hit that slump at work, drop into 20 push-ups and tell me how you feel after 👊🏼🙌🏼 Let’s turn office energy into boss energy!”

✨ One of the best parts about this season of growth isn’t just the wins in the office or the progress in the gym—it’s finding a true friend who pushes me just as hard as I push her. 💪 From tough phone calls to tough workouts, we’ve got each other’s backs every step of the way. It’s amazing to chase goals on your own, but having someone beside you who genuinely wants to see you succeed makes the journey that much more powerful (and a lot more fun). 🚀👯‍♀️ #BetterTogether #Accountability #GrowthMindset

❄️ ❄️ There are two types of people in the cold plunge:
1️⃣ The one who doesn’t want to get in but pushes herself anyway—screaming, shivering, and fighting through it 👏
2️⃣ The one who sits in silence, locked in, taking it all in 🧘‍♀️

I’ve come to love these sessions because they’re not really about the cold—it’s about proving to yourself that you can do the hard things, even when every part of you says not to. Every plunge makes you stronger—mind, body, and soul 💙💪

So… which one are you? Team push-through or team silent warrior? 👀

💪 Each day, we get better. Each day, we step outside our comfort zone. Each day, we level up.
Sure—self-care can look like face masks and cozy nights in, but real growth? That’s in the 4 AM alarms, the 5 AM workouts, the cold plunges, and the sauna sessions when your bed is calling your name.

It’s not about wanting to do it—it’s about doing it anyway.
Because on the other side of that temporary discomfort… is strength, discipline, confidence, and results you didn’t think were possible.

🔥 This is exactly what my Online Personal Training & Coaching Program is about—building a version of you that doesn’t back down, no matter how early, how hard, or how uncomfortable it gets.

If you’re ready to push past limits, stay consistent, and unlock your potential… I’ll be right there with you every step of the way. 💥

📩 DM me “COACH” and let’s get you started today!

SUNCLIFFE FORAGING EXPEDITION 2024 🌀

Suncliffe has grown organically these last few years because of the immense support from our bar community, so we extended an invite to see behind the scenes of our gin making process

we donned our foraging caps 🧢 and hit the backcountry roads of Sedona, sharing how we collect the botanicals that go into the making of @suncliffegin

as a team we foraged over 50lbs of Arizona Juniper and Manzanita berries, while imbibing on our Arizona Gin, for morale, of course.
