I’m sure I’ll be sharing pictures and videos from nationals for a little while! This time of year is always bittersweet… the excitement of a new season while letting go of this past one. This one is even harder to let go of. There are so many dances I’d love to continue to watch over and over. That says so much about our students and the work they have put into this year!!

I get to experience this dance life as a mom, teacher, and friend! Watching my girl learn and grow from some of the most incredible mentors brings me such joy! I know each one cares about her and what is best for her! Watching my own students grow and achieve goals they have made for themselves will never get old! I love cheering them on in every moment that comes with dance. Celebrating with them in the highs but also being there in the moments that are harder. Doing all of this with some of my closest friends is the icing on the cake. We get to discuss ideas and visions we have for dances and cheer each other on and collaborate as they are brought to life!! I can’t think of a better job with better people and am grateful to do this with them!

Now on to season 5 with @rcdancecenter.conway but I’ll always look back at season 4 with so much love and gratitude 🩷🩵🧡💚

A great big THANK YOU to these fabulous ladies. Goal Setting Vision Board Party 2023 was so much fun!

Along with the fun, food and networking, we were reminded that goals alone will not lead us to success!

Although goals point us in the right direction, we must have a step by step plan to continuously achieve them. Systems provide the “how” of obtaining the results we want.

In addition to making a plan, we unleashed our creativity as we designed boards to help us visualize our goals and remind us of our intentions.

Time well spent!!
