In recognition of this year’s Istanbul Biennale and Contemporary Istanbul, we will be presenting “Lucid Daydreaming”, an animated short film spanning ideas of confinement, change, and liberation.

After nearly 3 years it is time for me to say goodbye. It was such a pleasure to see @bus.group grow from a two person shared work space to the big family service which it is now. I still remember that time fondly, in our first office in the second level of Ritterstraße with our incredible first intern, Eloise Harris [@eloise.c.harris]. During that time Daniel [@schnitterbaum] was working as an Art Director at a known magazine and Manuel [@manuelbirnbacher] was tackling projects like our first e-commerce that sold exquisite scarves and a never realized membership only platform. I will always be inspired by the interaction skills and stamina of Joana [@joana__celine], the swiss army knife Ollie [@technolliegy] and his copy skills, the outstanding outfits of Felix [@felix.feldmann] and the strong opinion and balance of Sophia [@sophiabrinkgerd]. Next to that my thoughts take me to the continuous good vibes of Shui [@shuiuiuii], the head of global innovation Leonhard [@eonhardlaupichler], the soup Tuesday king Paul [@paulzech.img], the patient and innovative Calvin [@calvinkudufia.eu], the lettering wizard Christophe [@el_papi_kriko] and illustration guru Emir [@safkan.tehlike]. Furthermore, I am speechless about the endurance of mastermind Nikolai [@nikolaisivertsen] and the role model and legend Rafaela [@la_raf], among many other great individualists.

Last but not least and in particular, I would like to thank Daniel [@schnitterbaum] and Manuel [@manuelbirnbacher] for giving me this opportunity, guidance and trust. I am in admiration of your achievements and developments during the last few years!

Alongside the work at the studio, I have always continued to work on my own projects, and it's a natural progression for me to commit to this full time. I’ve learned so much during my stay, and you’ve all been a big part of that.
From January 2022 on I will start my own practice and focus on design direction and digital products for cultural institutions, young businesses and independent individuals.
