A new season indeed....🙏🏾🥹❤️

I honestly don’t even know where to begin or how to feel, because I am still trying to process everything that happened today. I am blown away. Completely humbled. Genuinely surprised. And honestly, beyond words.🥹🤭

I woke up today expecting to celebrate my birthday, but I never imagined I would be celebrated like this. The surprise, the calls, messages, prayers, gifts, thoughtful words, presence, and all the effort that went into making today special caught me completely off guard. I truly didn’t see it coming. To everyone who took out time to celebrate me in one way or another, please know that I noticed, and I deeply appreciate it. Every message, every call, every prayer, every post, every gesture, every effort, none of it went unnoticed. You made me feel loved in ways I cannot fully put into words. I am especially grateful to God for the gift of life, for bringing me this far, for keeping me relevant, and for blessing me with people who genuinely care about me and are willing to go the extra mile just to see me smile.

Today reminded me that life is not just about the milestones we achieve, but also about the people God places around us to share those moments with. This is honestly beyond my expectations. My heart is full, and I am incredibly grateful.

In 2008 I think, I was surprised when my mom and dad decided to have their wedding.
lol, naive me!
I was like; do they do wedding when one has given birth” -(not just one but 3 children) 🌝😊

Apparently, the first wedding wasn’t celebrated, cos they both weren’t settled, (my pman never blow that time 🌝).
According to her, the goal then was to be married and not just have a “wedding”
So my mom told God and believed that as God blesses them and grants them grace they will have the wedding properly again!

And it happened!

My mother can be that dogged!
She showed me fervency, possibility,
She showed me prayer as a lifestyle not just an activity

Via the life my mom is living, I saw what the Bible meant when it says “labour into your rest”
She knew that nothing changes until a man acts!

She showed us that you can use what you have to get what you don’t have, not just what you want!

Mom!
You’re a warrior!
And you inspire me!
Thank you for doing your best so I could become the best
Glory to God,
I’m becoming not just the best you want/wanted, but the best you never imagined!
